With decades of hands-on construction experience, Scott has built hundreds of homes in the Boiling Spring Lakes and River Sea Plantation communities. He is known for his commitment to quality craftsmanship, honest pricing, and personal involvement in every project. Scott remains actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that every home meets the high standards the Langbeen name represents.
Luke Langbeen
Pre-Construction & Accounting
Luke Langbeen manages the pre-construction process and financial operations at Langbeen Builders. He works closely with clients from their first inquiry through contract signing, helping them navigate plan selection, option customization, and financing. Project Manager

Designer & Estimator
Ryan Bowker combines design sensibility with technical estimating skills to help clients bring their vision to life within budget.
