How the custom process works

We guide you from first conversation to move-in day.

Initial Consultation

We sit down with you to understand your vision, budget, timeline, and lot situation — whether you already own land or need help finding it. We leave you with an initial scope and budget so you know exactly where things stand.

Pre-Construction Service Agreement

Before design work begins, we enter a Pre-Construction Service Agreement — our contract that allows us to properly evaluate your site, develop detailed plans, and prepare an accurate final price.

Design & Planning

Our in-house designer works with you to develop a plan tailored to your lot and lifestyle. We coordinate with engineers, specialty trades, and surveyors, and make sure every big-picture item and must-have is incorporated before moving forward.

Pricing & Review

We walk through the complete budget and plans with you in detail. Any revisions are made at this stage so the final numbers reflect exactly what you want before anything is signed.

Contract & Financing

We prepare and sign a fixed-price contract and collect a deposit to get your build scheduled. If you're building on your own lot, we'll work with you to get a construction loan in place.

Build & Deliver

We manage the entire construction process with regular updates. Your fixed-price contract means the number you signed is the number you pay — we deliver a quality-built custom home on time and on budget.
